trevor-averyTrevor Avery is a true native of eastern North Carolina. Born and raised in Onslow County, he has brought his legal practice back to serve his home community. A graduate of East Carolina University and Campbell Law School, Mr. Avery is experienced in criminal defense, landlord-tenant, family law, and civil litigation. He currently represents clients in Onslow, Duplin, and Jones Counties.

A graduate of Auburn University and the University of Alabama School of law, she is licensed in North Carolina, Alabama, and the District of Columbia. Throughout her career she has concentrated on federal and state court civil litigation and has experience serving clients in many litigation fields, including breach of contract, insurance defense, and admiralty and maritime matters.
MaeganMaegan Berch graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Business and received her J.D. magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law, she is licensed in North Carolins and Texas and her practice focuses focuses on insurance defense litigation and estate administration.
Lorna WelchLorna Welch is another true native of Eastern North Carolina, having grown up in Jacksonville and attended high school in Hampstead. Lorna received her B.A. with Honors in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005, then earned her J.D. from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2008. She is a former prosecutor in the District Attorneys’s office of Onslow County. She has a particular interest in child welfare and also handles insurance defense and other civil litigation matters.
